In response to the problem of cold starting of special vehicles in cold areas, the low-temperature starting battery innovatively developed by Liwei Intelligent Technology uses nanocarbon-coated cathode materials and a low-temperature electrolyte formula system. Verified by the National Power Battery Testing Center, it can still output a peak current of 950A in a -45°C environment, and the instantaneous starting power is three times higher than that of traditional products. The unique three-dimensional heat dissipation structure design allows the temperature rise of the battery to be controlled within 8°C when the battery continues to operate in a high temperature environment of 60°C. The product integrates an intelligent self-checking system to monitor battery health status in real time, and is equipped with a protective shell. It has been successfully used in special equipment fields such as polar scientific research vehicles and plateau border patrol vehicles.
