For the special operating conditions of electric ships, Liwei Intelligent has developed a marine power battery pack that has been certified by CCS classification society. It adopts three-dimensional immersion liquid cooling technology to achieve a single cell voltage difference of ≤10mV throughout the entire life cycle. The system integrates a multi-point distributed BMS, supports a 2000V high-voltage platform architecture, and can meet the 500-kilometer range requirement of inland river cargo ships with a single charge. The original wave energy self-compensation system can maintain stable output even under level 6 sea conditions. Coupled with the customized shaped battery cabin developed in conjunction with the hull structure, the space utilization rate is increased by 35%. It has been successfully equipped with a 3000-ton new energy cargo ship and has safely navigated over 100,000 nautical miles.
